Collection & Delivery

 

Ducati Pro Team are pleased to offer our customers access to our free collection and delivery service* which takes the hassle out of your busy schedule and avoids having to work out the time of when to drop off and collect your Ducati, plus of course this service will then negate the usual issue of trying to find alternative transport for your journey home / back to us.

We appreciate more than anyone that your time is valuable so let us give you some time back by taking away what is more often than not the hassle of dropping off and collecting your Ducati. We can collect from an address and then return your Ducati to you at either the same address as the collection or an alternate - whichever suits you.

Of course sometimes you may wish to have a ride out to us so in this instance we are happy to accommodate personal delivery and collection between our business hours which are currently 08.00 - 18.00 Monday to Friday and 08.00 - 15.00 on a Saturday. Collections / deliveries outside of these hours are possible but please contact us first to ensure we can accommodate you.

We value your Ducati as much as you do and we can assure you that we take the utmost care of your pride and joy on it's journey to and from our premises, once collected by us your Ducati is comprehensively insured until you take delivery / collect from us.

Please ensure that when we are collecting / delivering that we have easy access to your Ducati and that you provide us with a set of keys and any relevant documentation you may wish us to have. When the driver collects he will ask you to confirm the work you are booked in for and on occassion may ask you to start your Ducati to confirm any running issues or faults.

If you do unfortunately fall outside the free collection / delivery area then do not worry as we can still provide this service albeit with a small fee of £20.00 to cover our fuel costs. The quoted rate is two way from / to your chosen address and is subject to distance restrictions. Please call us in the first instance to check which collection/delivery service you are eligible for.

 

 

*A minimum of 2 hours labour will be charged if using the collection / delivery service, please note that the minimum labour charge of 2 hours forms part of the work booked or undertaken and is not an additional charge.
